How to Submit a Report

Send an email with as much detail as possible. We typically review reports within 24–48 hours. Urgent illegal content (especially CSAM) is prioritized for immediate action.

Include in Your Report

• The exact URL(s) of the content on goonity.com
• A description of the issue and why it violates our policies or the law
• Your contact information (email required; name optional for anonymous tips)
• For copyright claims: proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder
• For impersonation: information identifying the person being impersonated

Our Content Moderation Process

Goonity operates as an interactive computer service that hosts user-submitted content. We do not pre-screen all uploads, but we maintain automated and manual review systems (including third-party safety tools) and respond to valid reports under a notice-and-takedown framework.

• Confirmed illegal content is removed without delay
• Repeat violators may have accounts permanently terminated
• We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law
• We do not restore content removed following a valid report unless a counter-notice applies (DMCA)

Content on Goonity is uploaded by third-party users. Goonity does not create, produce, or endorse user submissions. Uploaders are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and that all depicted individuals have consented and are 18+.
