Goonity maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual exploitation and abuse. This policy explains how we prevent child sexual exploitation, respond to child safety concerns, and comply with applicable law.
Overview
Goonity is an adult-only platform intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to access, use, or participate in our services.
We are committed to protecting children and preventing the use of our platform for any activity involving the exploitation of minors.
Prohibited Child Sexual Exploitation Content
Goonity strictly prohibits the creation, upload, publication, distribution, promotion, or hosting of:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA)
- Any sexual content involving individuals under the age of 18
- Any content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or sexualizes minors
- Any real, altered, synthetic, AI-generated, animated, or otherwise digitally created content depicting or appearing to depict minors in a sexual context
Any attempt to upload, share, request, advertise, or facilitate child sexual exploitation material is strictly prohibited. Users must not distribute links, contact information, or other materials intended to facilitate CSAM or related unlawful activity.
Age Restrictions
Users must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement before accessing adult content. Where required by law, users may be required to complete additional age assurance measures.
Users who fail to meet applicable age requirements will be denied access. Associated accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors
Goonity prohibits using the platform to facilitate exploitation of minors, including grooming, soliciting, coercing, or otherwise attempting to engage minors in sexual activity. Accounts involved may be immediately restricted or terminated, and information may be disclosed to authorities where required or permitted by law.
Content Sources and Responsibilities
Goonity catalogues media associated with creators on age-verified adult platforms. Content must not involve minors. Parties who submit or cause content to appear on Goonity are responsible for ensuring all depicted individuals are adults and that necessary rights and consent exist.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or restrict any content or account that fails verification expectations or violates this Policy or our Terms of Service.
Preventing Child Exploitation
Our child safety measures include:
- Reviewing reports submitted by users and other parties
- Automated scanning and flagging of potentially violating material where available
- Prioritizing reports involving minors or potential child sexual exploitation
- Restricting flagged content while an investigation is underway where appropriate
- Taking action against accounts involved in child safety violations
- Regularly reviewing and improving safety procedures
Enforcement Actions
When we identify credible evidence of child sexual exploitation or abuse, we may:
- Remove or restrict access to the reported content
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations
- Restrict future access to the platform where appropriate
- Report incidents to NCMEC and/or other relevant authorities where appropriate
- Take any additional actions necessary to protect users and comply with applicable laws
Cooperation With Authorities
Goonity cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable laws, including valid court orders, warrants, or other legally binding requests.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you believe content on Goonity involves a minor or otherwise violates this Policy, report it immediately via the Report button on media pages, our Report Content page, Content Removal Request page, or by emailing abuse@goonity.com.
Please include the URL of the content, usernames involved, screenshots where appropriate, and a description of why you believe the content violates this Policy. Child safety reports are prioritized.
False or Malicious Reports
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions. Good-faith reports will not result in penalties solely because an investigation finds no violation.
Record Keeping
We maintain records relating to child safety reports, investigations, and enforcement actions where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users, and enforce our policies, retained only as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
