Goonity operates as an intermediary hosting service under the DMCA safe harbor provisions and does not pre-screen user uploads.

Response Time

We aim to review and act on valid DMCA notices within 24–48 hours. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with our repeat infringer policy.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
