Just a quick update 💗 ⚠️ TW: I’ll be posting two pics showing vaginal tears I wanted to let you know what’s going on behind the scenes. I had a pretty intense stretch session yesterday with my inflatable and... it felt so good I didn’t even realize until after that I caused a couple small internal tears 😣 Why has this happened a couple of times now? The birth control I was on until about 6 weeks ago—it caused my vaginal tissues to really thin out and become sensitive and prone to tearing (than
