I’ve been having a lot of nightmares lately, lately being the last few years and a lot being 2 - 3 each and every night. Is that normal? I always assumed that most people bring up nightmares every time they have one, which is not that often; I, on the other hand, only feel the need to bring up nightmares when I have a particularly troubling subconscious late-night picture show… a feeling I can’t act on because the content of such dreams is not suitable for work or for life in general.It must be
