Creator and Content Age Expectations

Content associated with creators on Goonity is expected to originate from adult creator platforms that require identity and age verification. Parties responsible for content must ensure all depicted individuals are adults and that necessary rights and consent exist.

Failure to meet these expectations, or providing inaccurate information, may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Privacy and Data Protection

We aim to minimize personal information processed during age assurance. Where third-party providers are used, verification information may be processed under their privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.

Where technically possible, we seek only information necessary to confirm age eligibility. Age assurance information is used to confirm eligibility, prevent underage access, comply with legal requirements, and maintain platform safety.

Circumvention of Age Assurance Measures

Users must not attempt to bypass age assurance requirements or provide false information, including:

Providing false age information
Using another person's identity or verification information
Using fraudulent documents
Attempting to interfere with or manipulate verification systems

Accounts involved in circumvention may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Failed or Incomplete Verification

If a user is unable or unwilling to complete a required age assurance process, access to adult content or certain features may be restricted until requirements are satisfied. We may deny or revoke access where age cannot be reasonably verified.
