Goonity is committed to complying with applicable laws while protecting user privacy. This page explains how authorized law enforcement agencies and government authorities may submit requests relating to our services.

- Contact information for the requesting officer or representative
- The legal basis for the request
- A detailed description of the information or content requested
- Any relevant URLs, usernames, account IDs, or other identifying information
- Copies of applicable court orders, warrants, or other legally binding documents, where available
- Any applicable deadlines
User Information
We do not voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement or government authorities unless required or permitted by applicable law, or necessary to address an emergency involving an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm.
Disclosure may occur in response to a valid court order, warrant, or other legally binding order. Where legally permitted, we may notify affected users before disclosing information. Some requested information may no longer be available due to retention limits.
Review Process
Each request is reviewed for legal validity, scope, and authorization. Where permitted, we may seek clarification or additional documentation. We reserve the right to object to or decline requests that are unlawful, overly broad, or inconsistent with applicable legal requirements.
Emergency Requests
If a request relates to an imminent threat involving death or serious physical harm, clearly mark it as an emergency in the subject line and describe the nature of the emergency. Emergency requests are prioritized.
International Requests
Requests from authorities outside the jurisdiction in which Goonity operates may require additional legal process before they can be fulfilled.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Requests
We reserve the right to verify the identity and authority of any requesting agency or representative. Requests that cannot be verified or that lack appropriate legal authority may be declined.
