Illegal Content Reporting Policy
Goonity is committed to maintaining a safe platform and preventing use of our services for illegal activities. This policy explains how users, authorities, and other parties may report content believed to violate applicable laws.
Definition of Illegal Content
For the purposes of this Policy, illegal content may include, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content shared without consent
- Content involving exploitation, coercion, or abuse
- Content involving illegal acts or activities
- Content that violates applicable laws or lawful requirements from competent authorities
Reporting Illegal Content
Report promptly via the in-page Report button, /report, /content-removal, or abuse@goonity.com. Law enforcement and regulators should use the channels on our Law Enforcement Requests page.
Please provide:
- The URL(s) of the reported content
- The username or account associated with the content, if available
- A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal
- Screenshots or other supporting information, where appropriate
- Your name and contact information if you want updates
Review Process and Response
Reports are reviewed using a risk-based approach. We may review the content and account history, request additional information, restrict access while investigating, and take action based on the outcome. Child safety, threats to life or safety, and other serious illegal activity are prioritized.
Enforcement Actions
- Remove or restrict access to the content
- Suspend or terminate accounts responsible for violations
- Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted
- Take other actions necessary to protect users and comply with legal obligations
Child Safety and Exploitation
Goonity maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual exploitation and abuse. See our Child Safety Policy for full details.
False or Malicious Reports
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions. Good-faith reports are not penalized solely because no violation is found.
