1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Goonity website (goonity.com), including all content, uploads, and user submissions (collectively, "Goonity" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Service.

Goonity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

Goonity is an interactive, user-generated content sharing platform that allows registered and unregistered users to upload, share, organize, and view adult content including sexually explicit images and videos. Goonity acts as an intermediary hosting service — we provide the platform and tools, but we do not create, produce, commission, or pre-approve user submissions.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites over which Goonity has no control. Goonity assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized commercial use, data scraping, automated access, or unauthorized linking is prohibited.

3. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By accessing Goonity, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Goonity is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly permit users under 18 to use the Service. An age verification prompt is displayed before access to age-restricted content.

4. Platform Role and Disclaimer

Goonity is a hosting platform for third-party user submissions. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-uploaded content. The views and materials posted by users are their own and do not reflect the views of Goonity.

We do not pre-screen all content before it appears on the Service. However, we employ automated safety tools and respond to reports of illegal or policy-violating content under our notice-and-takedown procedures. See our Report Content page for details.

5. User Conduct

You are responsible for your own conduct and any User Submissions you post. You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive, hateful, or racially offensive content
• Upload non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn) or content shared without the subject's permission
• Upload content depicting minors in any form
• Submit content violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or code designed to harm computer systems
• Engage in, promote, or depict physical harm, violence, cruelty, or illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

Goonity reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what action to take in response to any violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Goonity's original content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to Goonity and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any of this content without prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Submissions remain the property of the user. However, by submitting content to Goonity, you grant Goonity a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicenseable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submissions in connection with the Service.

7. User Submissions

By uploading content to Goonity, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the content you submit
• You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from any identifiable individuals in your submissions
• All individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older, and you maintain written documentation to confirm this
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Goonity does not endorse any User Submission and disclaims liability for all such content. Goonity reserves the right to remove any submission or terminate access without notice if it violates these terms or applicable law.

8. Content Moderation and Zero Tolerance

Goonity maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual content, and other illegal material. We use automated detection tools (including third-party safety services) combined with human review of reports. Confirmed violations are removed without delay, and appropriate authorities may be notified where required by law.

9. Notice and Takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice as described in our DMCA Policy. For other violations, use our reporting channels above. We aim to process valid reports within 24–48 hours.

10. Account Termination

Goonity may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms, repeated infringement, or other conduct deemed inappropriate.

11. Fees and Charges

Goonity may offer paid services or features. Goonity reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue features at any time. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. Disclaimers

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. GOONITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Goonity does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content is accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

Goonity is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any User Submissions or third-party content.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOONITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Your use of the Service and any damages resulting therefrom remain entirely at your risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goonity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Submission you post

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
