Goonity is committed to a transparent and fair platform. This policy explains how users may submit complaints about our services or appeal certain moderation and safety decisions.

Submitting a Complaint

You may submit a complaint if you believe:

  • Goonity has failed to follow its policies or applicable legal requirements
  • A report or request was not handled appropriately
  • A moderation decision was incorrect or inconsistent
  • Your concern has not been adequately addressed

Email abuse@goonity.com (or use Reach Us). Include your name or username, a description of the concern, relevant URLs or account details, and supporting information.

Submitting an Appeal

You may appeal certain decisions that directly affect your account or content, including content removal, account restrictions or suspensions, account termination, and other moderation actions affecting access.

Appeals should explain why the decision should be reconsidered. Appeals may not be available where action is required by law, including illegal or otherwise prohibited content.

Review Process

Each complaint or appeal is reviewed by the appropriate team. We may review content, account activity, and moderation history; request additional information; and uphold, modify, or reverse a previous decision.

Response Time

We aim to review complaints and appeals within a reasonable timeframe. Timing may vary with complexity and available information. Urgent illegal content reports remain prioritized under our reporting policies.

Final Decisions

Where appropriate, we will communicate the outcome. Some decisions may not be eligible for further appeal, particularly where they involve legal obligations, safety concerns, or repeated policy violations.
