Heyyy, I want to share that I tried something new again!I tried yoga nidra with singing bowls! 🧘♀️ Honestly, classic yoga just isn’t my thing ._. I can’t seem to relax! I tried hatha yoga too… I already adooore bagels, but twisting myself into one wasn’t exactly my vibe, hahaha! 😄😄 But, yoga nidra? Ooooh, it really works wonders :3 This was my 4th time in 2 years, and I totally looooved it! ^^ It really helps my body relax so much 💆♀️ I read somewhere that 30 minutes of nidra = 2 hours of
